Guardian Jacksonville launched a culture project over five years ago to engage their team members and focus on customers, teams, goals and solutions. Each year, the program takes on a different theme and activities. Part of this year’s program includes recognizing individual contributions on a monthly basis.  Throughout the month, comments from co-workers and facilities are collected.  At the end of the month, the person with the highest number of compliments is awarded a special parking space and Guardian swag. All comments received during the month are displayed as a way to motivate and encourage the whole team.  “The project has made such a positive impact on our team, and keeps them motivated to help residents,” said Laura Polinsky, director of operations. “It’s nice to share compliments as a way of acknowledging hard work.”
